The Open University of Sri Lanka (OUSL) has announced a vacancy for a Lecturer in Human Resource Management (Contract) at the Department of Human Resource Management, Faculty of Management Studies.

Qualifications
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- A Special/Honors Degree in Human Resource Management with First Class or Second Class (Upper) Division.
- At least one year of teaching or research experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good computer literacy skills.
- Ability to handle assigned tasks related to course and programme development.
- Previous experience in Open and Distance Learning (ODL) methodology and course material development will be an added advantage.
- Candidates who are fluent in Tamil will have an added advantage.
Therefore, candidates who have the required academic qualification and relevant teaching or research experience are encouraged to apply.
Salary
The selected candidate will receive a fixed monthly allowance of Rs. 70,000/- gross per month.

கல்வித் தகுதிகள்
விண்ணப்பதாரர்கள் பின்வரும் தகுதிகளைப் பூர்த்தி செய்திருக்க வேண்டும்:
- Human Resource Management துறையில் Special/Honors Degree பெற்றிருக்க வேண்டும்.
- அந்தப் பட்டம் First Class அல்லது Second Class (Upper Division) ஆக இருக்க வேண்டும்.
- குறைந்தது ஒரு வருட கற்பித்தல் அல்லது ஆராய்ச்சி அனுபவம் இருக்க வேண்டும்.
- சிறந்த தொடர்பாடல் திறன் இருக்க வேண்டும்.
- நல்ல கணினி அறிவு இருக்க வேண்டும்.
- Course மற்றும் Programme Development தொடர்பான பணிகளை மேற்கொள்ளும் திறன் இருக்க வேண்டும்.
- Open and Distance Learning (ODL) முறை மற்றும் Course Material Development தொடர்பான முன் அனுபவம் இருந்தால் மேலதிக அனுகூலமாகும்.
- தமிழில் சரளமாக பேசக்கூடியவர்களுக்கு மேலதிக அனுகூலம் வழங்கப்படும்.
