Every applicant,

Should be a citizen of Sri Lanka.

Should be physically and mentally fit to discharge the duties of the post well and to serve in any part of the Island.

Should be of excellent moral character.

பரிந்துரைக்கப்பட்ட விண்ணப்பப் படிவத்தைப் பயன்படுத்தி விண்ணப்பிக்க வேண்டும். விண்ணப்பத்துடன், விண்ணப்பதாரருடன் உறவுமுறை இல்லாத இரண்டு நபர்களின் பெயர், முகவரி மற்றும் தொடர்பு விபரங்கள் குறிப்பிடப்பட வேண்டும்.
அனைத்து கல்வித் தகுதிச் சான்றிதழ்களின் சான்றுப்படுத்தப்பட்ட பிரதிகளும் விண்ணப்பத்துடன் இணைக்கப்பட வேண்டும்.
ஒவ்வொரு பதவிக்கும் தனித்தனியான விண்ணப்பம் மற்றும் தனித்தனி உறை பயன்படுத்தி அனுப்ப வேண்டும்.
