மேலும் பின்வரும் பட்டங்களில் ஏதேனும் ஒன்றைப் பெற்றிருக்க வேண்டும்:
- Bachelor of Education (English) Degree
- Bachelor of Arts (Special) Degree in English
- First Degree with English as a Core Subject
அல்லது
பிரிவு 2 – Teaching Diploma + 10 Years Experience
விண்ணப்பதாரர் ஆங்கில ஆசிரியராக இருந்து, குறைந்தபட்சம் 10 ஆண்டுகள் சேவைக்காலம் கொண்டிருக்க வேண்டும்.
மேலும் பின்வரும் தகுதிகளில் ஒன்றைப் பெற்றிருக்க வேண்டும்:
- National Teaching Diploma
- Government Teacher Training

Teacher Trainer Vacancies in Sri Lanka 2026
Applications are invited from suitably qualified English teachers for vacancies of Teacher Trainers at Regional English Support Centres in Sri Lanka.
A total of 53 vacancies are available across the nine provinces.
Applicants must meet the required educational and professional qualifications and should be not more than 45 years of age as at 31 August 2026.
The closing date for applications is 30 September 2026.
🎓 Educational & Professional Qualifications
Applicants should be serving as English teachers and must satisfy one of the following qualification categories as at 31 August 2026.
Category 1 – Degree + 5 Years of Service
Applicants should have:
- A minimum of 5 years of service, and
- One of the following qualifications:
- Bachelor of Education (English) Degree
- Bachelor of Arts (Special) Degree in English
- First Degree with English as a Core Subject
OR
Category 2 – Teaching Diploma + 10 Years of Service
Applicants should have:
- A minimum of 10 years of service, and
- One of the following qualifications:
- National Teaching Diploma
- Government Teacher Training
